Booking Terms and Conditions
The following conditions apply to all bookings for Hacienda Playa:
Payment: A deposit of 40% of the total cost of the reservation is required on booking. The reservation is held on a provisional basis only until the deposit is received and cleared for payment. The balance of the reservation i.e. 60% is required 42 days prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 42 days of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit: A credit card number in the name of one of the members of the party being booked is required as a damage deposit against damages or breakages with the reserved apartment during the stay.
Cancellation Charges: If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges: - more than 42 days the deposit will equal cancellation charge - between 22 and 42 days, 75% of the reservation will equal cancellation charge - less than 21 days and there will be no refund.
Errors and Omissions: Every care and attention has been taken to ensure that the content within this website is entirely accurate. Where errors or omissions are brought to our attention, these will be amended accordingly. We do not accept any liability to any person for loss or damage arising from anything contained within this site or for any error or omission in it even if such loss or damage is caused by our own negligence or that of our agents, suppliers or listed service providers.
Please note: We reserve the right to provide you with alternative accommodation or to cancel your holiday owing to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. In the latter case, any sum paid by you will be refunded, but otherwise we accept no further responsibility.
