Key Collection and Cleaning Services

The keys for the Marbella Sun Holidays rental apartments are held by SAGESA, the Property Management Company who are responsible for the letting and maintenance of the units.  Arrangements are made with each individual client to ensure that all of their specific needs are addressed, and where possible, that they are met on arrival in Elviria.

Maid Service

Additional maid service is available through SAGESA.

Messages

Messages may be received. Should you be expecting any messages whilst you are out, please contact the SAGESA office on your return. They will hold messages for you but they do not accept responsibility for passing on messages.

Baby Sitting

This service can be arranged through SAGESA. Due to the popular nature of this service, please allow as much advance notice as possible.
Hourly rates depend upon the time of day/night and range from 750 pesetas to 1.250 pesetas an hour. At night it may also be necessary to pay for the transportation home.

Don Carlos Hotel - Facilities

Restaurants and Bars: Free access, no discount.

Discotheque and Health Club: Access to these facilities is available, paying the established rates.

Sauna and Whirlpool: Hacienda Playa clients are entitled to a discount on the established rates of the hotel.

Beach Club:  Directly beside Hacienda Playa, the beach club is open to Hacienda Playa guests on a fee per day basis. Rated by many as the best in Southern Spain, the Don Carlos Beach Club is a tropical paradise. From April to October, cocktails are served beside the magnificent azure pool with its cascading waterfalls and shady palms.
